Helping Our Seniors

For the past 19 years, Helping Our Seniors has been dedicated to serving the elderly in our community with compassion and care. Their team provides essential day-to-day support, including:

• Laundry services

• Meal preparation

• Assistance with bathing and personal care

• Companionship and emotional support

Their mission is to ensure that seniors not only receive the practical help they need but also feel valued, respected, and connected.

The Dementia Project

In addition to their direct care services, Helping Our Seniors launched The Dementia Project to address one of the most challenging aspects of elder care. Through this initiative, they:

• Train caregivers on how to compassionately and effectively work with clients experiencing dementia

• Host workshops that educate families and community members on what to expect and how to support a loved one with dementia

• Provide tools, strategies, and resources to help caregivers navigate difficult situations with patience and understanding

The Dementia Project empowers families and caregivers to walk this journey with confidence, compassion, and hope.
