MoonStruck Foundation was born out of tragedy and a vision for safety. After the events of 9/11, Priscilla—who was working in Houston at the time—suffered the devastating loss of 350 colleagues in the World Trade Center. That very night, she had a dream to create a foundation dedicated to promoting fire safety for people of all ages.

To bring this vision to life, she purchased a fire truck to give communities a hands-on way to experience and learn what it’s like inside one. Today, the foundation continues its mission with three additional trucks waiting to be refurbished so they can return to the streets—impacting even more lives through education, awareness, and prevention.
